Committed to process management of the entire garment industry he has been instrumental in spear heading many of the diversification initiatives. With a strong commitment to “ Challenging the status Quo” he combines the right combination of growth and diversification for the benefit of the group.
Mr. Mahendra Karle
A second generation dynamic entrepreneur who initially assisted his father in building the business is a keen business man with very strong value systems and social responsibility. An electrical engineer by qualification he has occupied various roles within and outside the group.At present he devotes his time equally between the existing business and the new initiatives. With a strong commitment to “Calculated risk taking” he brings to the group the right combination of stable conservatism combined with leveraging the correct opportunities in the world of business.

Senior Group Advisor
He has been with the Group for more than 12 yrs. He held Senior positions in several organizations prior to joining the Group.
A Post Graduate in Agricultural Sciences and a MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, he brings to Karle Group his vast experience, sound knowledge and excellent stratagem. His professional career has ranged from working in the private sector to public sector. Mr. Madappa, besides being a coffee grower, is being considered a coffee expert regarding growing, processing and export of coffee. He has got several publications on coffee growing and export. His dynamism and friendly demeanor contribute to the friendly atmosphere of the Group organizations.
Dr. Mahendra Kolisetti
Head
Dr. Mahendra Kolisetti, young and energetic personality, holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Natural products from Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), formerly the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), Mumbai. He carries rich experience of more than one decade in the areas of Herbal Drug discovery, Nutraceutical Novel Formulation & Development of products, Analytical & Phytochemistry, Clinical Trials, etc.
He leads all the R&D in addition to hand-holding the efforts of GM-Works in Manufacturing and Administrative activities of Cymbio Pharma. He has been responsible for developing innovative techno-business strategies & in formulating profitable business models.
He has embarked on a journey to Drug Discovery and proposes Phytomolecules delivery through innovation to contribute towards a healthy living.
